Agreement

By downloading or using Atlethy, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility & account

You must be old enough to use the service in your country and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

Health & safety

Atlethy is for fitness tracking and social training. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always train safely and consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program.

Your content & community safety

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the app. You must not post unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, or infringing material. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable user-generated content.

The app provides tools to report posts and users and to block abusive users. Blocked users are removed from your feed immediately. We review reports within 24 hours, remove offending content, and may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.

To report a problem, use Report or Block in the app, or email support@atlethy.app.

GymBro+ subscriptions

GymBro+ is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.

• GymBro+ Monthly — 1 month, auto-renewing.
• GymBro+ Yearly — 1 year, auto-renewing.

Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload our systems, harass other users, or use the app for illegal purposes.

Disclaimer

Atlethy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlethy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account in Settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence unless local law requires otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with support@atlethy.app.
